I see a cone of shame/dunce hat, perhaps saying how stupid she is or feels for what she's done/will do / is thinking; a turning of her back on God, either through deliberate choice or out of shame and fear; legs spread, the hand fisted on the dress there, and cracks in the foundation going to (or leading from) said spread legs, perhaps leading the viewer to see a sexual immorality; and a body part that's been cut off and replaced, perhaps in reference to Jesus's words (Something to the effect of "It is better to loose your eye and be saved than to be whole and eternally damned." )
All in all, an electric piece. It really got me to think about what was going on and to examine the world through different eyes. All we're missing now is your story and perspective on it, because I personally would really like to know what lead you to create this piece.
